A couple of years ago I wrote a simple script for debian based linux operating systems that would make a fully transparrent shell.  This was purely just for eye candy.   But here I am 3 years later still using this simple script for nice looking shells.  This script uses Eterm for the back end to make all this happen.

or a quicker way to install and run is

1. Downlaod “wget carmanbabin.com/Files/trans”
2. Give permission “sudo chmod u+x trans”
3. install “sudo ./trans install”
4. and run! “trans -t grey &”

and for help just type in “trans” and it will show you all the possible arguments.
